​核心訓練 (Core Muscle Training)

核心訓練 只要是運動到腹部、髖部,甚至是肩胛胸廓穩定肌群的任何訓練都可以視為核心訓練。身體核心肌群包括以下:

  • 腹直肌 (rectus abdominis / 腹部肌肉)

  • 腹橫肌 (transversus abdominis / 腹部肌肉)

  • 多裂肌 (multifidus muscles / 背部肌肉)

  • 腹內斜肌與腹外斜肌 (internal and external obliques / 腹部肌肉)

  • 腰方肌 (下背肌肉)

  • 豎脊肌 (背部肌肉)

  • 部份 (跨過髖關節的) 臀肌群、腿後腱肌群與髖旋轉肌群
